A dedicated page for your event
We create a dedicated page that allows the world to freely access live tracking of your event as well as information related to it.
Providing a fleet of trackers
From a few to several hundred participants, we provide you with our fleet of trackers for the duration of your event. Everything is handled and prepared ahead of time, including sending out the trackers, their distribution, simplified usage instructions, and their return.
Simple and assisted setup for you, your participants, and your audience.
We have designed a system that allows all users to easily navigate the application. It's straightforward to set up for you, easy to use for your participants, and accessible to your audience.

Technical support during your event
We remain active and in contact with you throughout the event to address any situation, question, or modification as effectively as possible. We particularly appreciate using WhatsApp for this purpose, as it allows us to communicate across various formats and media no matter where you are in the world.
Displaying your sponsors
We understand the importance of sponsors and partners in organizing your event. That's why we provide you with the opportunity to give them additional visibility in our application, rightly acknowledging them for making the event possible. All your sponsors and partners are prominently displayed at the top of the map in a scrolling banner to ensure equal visibility. Feel free to discuss this with them as they greatly appreciate any additional exposure.
However, please note that the logos remain non-clickable and of reasonable size to ensure they do not disrupt the user experience with unintended clicks.
Our offer and pricing
We have simplified pricing as much as possible by offering a flat rate of €27.50 excluding taxes per tracker, regardless of the duration of your events between 1 and 15 days (for longer events, we can discuss together). There are no hidden fees, everything is detailed in our offer below:
Seamless live streaming
To ensure flawless live streaming throughout your event, we have implemented systems that can adapt to all audience volumes. For this, we collaborate with PG3, specialists in high server availability. This partnership guarantees the highest responsiveness and availability of the MadCap application during your events.
